1. Drink a glass of water before you eat.
  2. Try to choose foods high in fiber that will help fill you up for a longer time. Like beans, fruits and vegetables.
  3. Try not to eat just before you go to bed.
  4. Drink water instead of soda or juice.
  5. Try and get at least 7-8 hours of sleep. This will make sure your body recovers and helps keep the metabolism working like it should.
